Intern Day 1
5:24 PMno pictures because I don't want google images to find me writing about this... or do I?
I have 14 minutes to write before Day 2 officially commences so lets go!
Day 1 was okay. By the way, I am doing an internship at The Central Bank of Malaysia. For the last time, I got this internship because I am a scholar of the Central Bank. I had no interviews whatsoever, alhamdulillah. I am in the Economics Department.
I can't say much since I have signed the confidentiality letter. But I can tell you this-
I TALKED TO THE NEW GOVERNOR AHH ICONIC!!!!
Otherwise, it's been okay. I have a supervisor who will give out tasks for me and I do actual work and wow it is actually pretty amazing.
Then it was time for me to go home. I can say that, wow, peak hour in Malaysia is crazy. Not surprised tho bcs I was exposed to London peak hour in the tube.
so if you plan to go to Bank Negara, and your house is accessible via the Kelana Jaya line, I would suggest interchange at Masjid Jamek. The nearest LRT station is Bandaraya. From there, you can just take the walkway to BNM.
Alright, 7 minutes left. See you!
