dream, dream, dream of perfection
10:07 AMI have been on a hiatus for a while, due to the absolutely undescribable March Test. It was going on really well until Geography. I just hope that I would get As. I won't expect much from myself because I had lack of time to study (no Ain you do not blame the time you blame yourself for hogging on the internet 24/7). Anyway, I had a lot of things to say.
a) I FINALLY COMPLETED KUMON!
After 10 years of hardwork, I finally earned it. I am now a completer. I am so grateful to everyone. I used to think Math was such a bummer until I started Kumon and I started loving Math ever since. Thank you, Mama and Teacher Su for always guiding me throughout and to everyone who has sent me to Kumon. Kumon taught me to never give up. I really miss sleeping (oops) and squeezing my brain out asking myself how do I do this equation when I'm in Kumon. I hope that what I've learnt in Kumon will help me in Add Maths when I grow older.
b) Swimming MSSS
I inserted myself in a 50m freestyle event. To tell you the truth, I really like this competition as I have cool friends with me and it was memorable. I am very slow at swimming. My timing was really bad, like almost a minute. Somehow, I managed to get 44 seconds for my event. Don't judge, it's a good timing for a slow and fat swimmer like me. In fact, that was my best timing. Can't wait for next year MSSS and I can't wait to swim on weekends now that I know how to dive from my friends. Good times.
c) An Islamic-based spontaneous talk competition.
So I had to join this competition. No big deal, just talking in front of some people. To tell you the truth, I wanted to join Tilawah Al-Quran. Also, I was bummed that I didn't get to join Road Run because this competition was held on the same day and time. First, I was quarantined with a few other contestants to relax and all. When it was my turn to give my talk, I was "released" from the quarantine room and I had to choose one roll of paper (I had to practice 12 topics before the competition) and once I get the topic, they give me two minutes to write down whatever's relevant to the topic. I just spazzed out everything I think I remembered. So happens that I remembered a hadith regarding the topic so I said that. When it was time to announce the result, I was like "ngeh". I was thinking the least I could get is third place. I was already packing my bag to go home as they announced the second place until they said "Johan syarahan bahasa Melayu peringkat Firqah ialah *insert my name* dari SMK P Sri Aman" I was truly shocked but Alhamdulillah, I won. I was bummed because I didn't get to go for the road run at first. Turns out Allah had a better plan for me.
d) My grandma's birthday
We celebrated her birthday at the spinning restaurant in Menara Kuala Lumpur. The food was really good and it was fun as we get to enjoy the scenery from the KL tower. What I like about the restaurant is that it's full of stars and I am in awe of stars and galaxies in other words I like astronomy. I had a great time with my family.
e) Choral Speaking State Level Competition
I don't want to explain much as I did for district level so to make things short, we won the state level. Alhamdulillah, we're going for Nationals in Perak this upcoming September (I feel like I'm in Glee Club, winning regionals and all) Here are some pictorial proof:
How the trophy looks like
f) Azreena's birthday
Me and Az last year
Me and Az this year
Happy birthday Azreena! I might not be a good friend but you are certainly one hella good friend. Keep loving dolphins. Here's a virtual meet and greet dolphins ticket for you *image not available* and yes keep spoiling Glee for me (its okay I don't mind). So, happy birthday!
g) What happens after March Test
Okay to tell you the truth March test ain't over yet but yeah tomorrow there's only civic and like duuh who studies that. Don't worry teachers, I will still be a civilized person although I don't study that subject. So right after school I slept for a couple of hours thinking of how I did terribly for my Geography. Downloaded a few episodes of PLL and Glee whilst watching a PLL episode I have already downloaded but haven't watched yet. Glee sucks nowadays (yes this comes from a super gleek, not anymore) I do hope they improve. Meanwhile, Pretty Little Liars is just.. If the show were to describe in a song it could be Ellie Goulding's Anything Could Happen. Because really, ANYTHING could happen. It's like, you THINK you know what's happening but you don't. Right now, I really miss Spoby. I've never shipped anyone as much as I ship Spoby. I know them having a relationship would be absolutely creepy but I kept watching flashbacks of them and they weren't lying when they were in love.
Anyway, sorry for the absolute long post. I just had to say it all. Thank you Allah.

How was the Kumon Completion test? I'm taking it tomorrow and I'm worried sick. My teacher only gave me 1 exercise worksheet, and I do not feel quite confident :(
