In a blink of an eye
3:30 AMThis time last year, you were angry. You would wake up everyday with a physical heart pain because your mind had to pass on its spiral to the heart. You were first angry about him, then your mum, then back to you. It was always you. You were wasting your time, you were too fat, you were too much. Too everything.
In a blink of an eye, you had a meeting with the organisation that is funding you to study in the land of sakuras! You just took on your health result from a nurse who happened to be your batchmate, as you apologise for not being able to recognise her because there were 450 people in that school. You get to rest, after hurdles and hurdles. Perhaps the ship you’re looking for is not in form of a spouse just yet, but knowledge you once took for granted.
The opportunity comes at you when you finally recognised the value, and so you realise that perhaps all those tumultuous times led you to this moment. Perhaps Allah was just watching, and told me “tada! I’m giving you something even you did not expect.”
Lets leave this place with lots of happiness, and go to your next adventure with beautiful memories. Lets pack light once again.
