Talking to you feels weird, because it feels a lot harder to empathise, after a while. I'm sorry about that. I know you feel sad, that you think everyone will abandon you. And you start going on a spiral thinking, "oh no, I can't move on with life."

I hope you know that there is more to life than a heartbreak. I have seen only a glimpse of what this world has offer, and I can guarantee you that life will always throw you something unpleasant, so trust me, you'd have to be ready for that.

Don't fret, perhaps these thoughts may seem grim to you, but I know that you will work your way out to find the light at the end of the tunnel. You will find that what was once a huge hole in your chest would slowly become minute, because your mind will be thinking of ways to survive in this world.

Life is not meant to be comfortable. You have to start learning how to feel uncomfortable, even when you do things that you think you are passionate about. Be uncomfortable to memorise a dance move, be uncomfortable in solving puzzles you think can never be solved, be uncomfortable in feeling tired after a long run. Because life will throw you a curveball in the midst of the chaos, but you'd have to catch it nevertheless.

Whilst life may be up and down, you will find that there will be people who will stick by your side. They don't have to be there for you all the time, but you have to trust that they will be able to hold your hand as you walk into the depths of trials and tribulations. Be there for those who need you, and you will find that there will be people you can cling on when you feel like you're going down the rabbit hole.

You will soon find that you will be able to watch romantic films and TV shows again, with ease and comfort. You will pass by the places you've been to when your heart is broken and create new memories with those who stayed. You will find that your heart is fragile, so what if its broken again? You will be able to heal it, like you always do.
